Technique: hand-painted script · Estimated time: 1.5 hrs · Paint: interior acrylic-latex (typography) + Liquitex BASICS artist acrylic (illustration)

Painting Instructions

  1. Pencil the script "Grown with Care" lightly — two lines, hand-lettered (don't try to be perfectly even, it's meant to feel hand-painted).
  2. Use FOREST GREEN (#2D6A4F) with a medium round brush (size 6). Paint the downstrokes first — these are the thickest parts.
  3. Add the connecting upstrokes thinner with a smaller brush (size 2). Two coats for solid coverage.
  4. Let dry fully (30+ min). If any letter feels off, dab on a thin cream coat over the mistake, wait 20 min, repaint.

★ Pro tip for this element

Script lettering reads best with VARIETY in stroke width. Thick downs, thin ups. Don't make every stroke the same — it looks digital, not painted.
